The University of Florida Center for Arts in Medicine will offer The Art of Self Care for 8 weeks this summer. The graduate level, online course begins April 24 and runs through June 16.
Taught by Center for Arts in Medicine instructors, Heather Spooner (http://arts.ufl.edu/directory/profile/39245) and Gavin Clayton, this experiential course provides a personal exploration of the art of self-care. The course takes a multidimensional approach to self-care in which students learn concepts in self-care while engaging in immersive arts experiences to revitalize themselves both professionally and personally.
