Creative Caregivers seeks a part-time (5-8 hours/week) Program Manager to support our growing program of virtual engagements for caregivers. The Program Manager will support a series of virtual art intervention workshops for oncology nurses. This includes assisting in hiring artists, scheduling, client management, and being online and present during all workshops.
The Program Manager is a crucial role that is both front-facing and behind the scenes. The Project Manager is responsible for administrative and communication tasks throughout the project timeline. Creative Caregivers seeks an individual who is savvy with customer relationship management (CRM), experienced in working virtually and independently, tactful and intentional in email communications, and confident in balancing multiple responsibilities and timelines. The ideal candidate has proven previous experience in project management/administration, marketing and communications, and/or operations.
Pay is $40-$50/hour depending on experience and availability.
