The Executive Director (“ED”) is responsible for defining the vision of Open Studio Project, executing its strategic plan, and managing its daily operations with a focus on: art for personal growth, community well-being and social emotional learning (SEL). The ED collaborates with the Board of Directors and its committees, directs the staff, builds and maintains stakeholder relationships, develops and manages sources of income, and ensures the quality and effectiveness of programs and services. The ED provides direction for all organizational affairs in accordance with its mission, values, guiding principles and policies established and approved by the Board. The ED reports to the Board of Directors.
