Rules and Regulations for Speakers:

• Upon selection, speakers will have until 5 PM PDT, Friday, September 20th to submit slides. Slides must follow our accessibility guidelines.
• No complimentary registration or compensation; limited scholarships are available.
• Travel costs are the responsibility of the presenter(s). NOAH members save on conference registration.
• All presenters will not commercially promote a product or service during this presentation.
• All presentations will hold to a strictly educational format.
• Presenters should be free of actual or potential conflicts of interest in connection to their program/presentation.
• In-person presenters are willing to present on either October 24th or 25th, virtual presenters must be willing to present on November 12th.
• Excluding audio-visual resources, presenters will need to bring any materials or art supplies necessary to conduct their presentation or workshop. NOAH cannot provide supplies or reimburse for these items.
• NOAH is not responsible for adding presenter materials to the Whova conference platform for attendees; presenters may choose to do so themselves.
