NOAHCON 24 Accessibility

• The tours on October 23 will require walking on foot. More info on distance is forthcoming.

• The in-person conference days on October 24 – 25 will be held at University of Houston’s Student Center (South Entrance), 4455 University Dr. Houston, TX 77004. Please refer to the floor map below for a sense of the space.

• The presenters will create and prepare content to be in accordance with our accessibility guidelines.

• The Whova app is used for all agenda details, event updates, and contact information for presenters and attendees. There will be large printed posters of the schedule at the event.

• On our virtual day via Zoom on November 12, closed captioning will be available. Recorded sessions (select in-person sessions and all virtual day sessions) will be made available with captioning.
