About The Artist
Briah is an artist, board certified art therapist and co-founder of Womxn’s Work. She leads ongoing art groups and hosts community wellness workshops, most recently for UConn and Yale School of Public Health. Upholding the values of compassion and creativity is foundational to Briah’s therapeutic approach. She was featured in Connecticut Magazine as one of the most influential people under 40 because of her vision to use art to create community connection. She has exhibited her own art locally in New Haven, New York City and Washington DC. Her work has also been featured in the Connecticut section of The New York Times.
