The MetroHealth System’s Department of Arts in Health and School Health Program aim to use the arts as a catalyst to address the mental health and well-being of students.  The SAFE (Students Are Free to Express) Project is an urban, arts-based, psychologically informed primary prevention curriculum in five Cleveland Metropolitan School District Schools and six elementary and high school grade bands.
