The Jameel Arts & Health Lab at NYU Steinhardt is looking for a part-time Program Coordinator to support the Healing Arts New York Network (HANYN). Join a dynamic community advancing the role of the arts in health and well-being across New York City and State.
Applicants must be based in NYC or immediately surrounding areas.
In this role, you’ll:
– Organize and execute network events, including during UN General Assembly Healing Arts Week
– Facilitate exchanges and co-mentorship with global partners
– Manage logistics, communications, and program expenses
– Collaborate on content for social media, website, and newsletters
We’re seeking someone with:
– A bachelor’s degree in arts administration, events management, creative arts therapies, arts in health, or a related field
– 2–5 years of program administration experience, ideally in arts and health
– Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
– Experience with event organization and developing marketing content
This is a part-time, 24-hour/week position based in NYC. Pay: $26–$30/hour.
