Summary: Articine seeks a dynamic Development & Partnerships Coordinator to drive organizational growth through educational sales, fundraising initiatives, and operational excellence. This role combines financial management, partnership development, fundraising, and program operations to expand our professional development programs within healthcare and educational institutions. The successful candidate will manage both the operational backbone of our organization and our growth initiatives, from QuickBooks and budgeting to institutional partnerships and fundraising campaigns.
Organizational Description: Articine is an educational non-profit that believes art and medicine together can transform healthcare. Established in 2020 and proud to be LGBTQ+ and woman founded, we exist to inspire and equip healthcare professionals with the skills and empathy necessary for delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. Through live and virtual performances, educational workshops, and innovative training programs, Articine empowers professionals to build stronger, more compassionate relationships with those they serve. We are one of the first performing arts and health nonprofits in the USA to offer Continued Medical Education (CME) and Nursing Continuing Professional Development (NCPD) credits to the healthcare community.
